After planning, this is the time for implementation & execution. We outline your initiatives and start working on them. We identify the right recruiter as per the experience & capabilities. We conduct thorough checks of the recruiter based on your needs before finalizing a one.
Upon identifying the right recruiter for you, our team will start sourcing the right talent as per your criteria. For this, we make use of the smart search strings following both conventional and non-conventional methods of hiring.
After the recruiter sources the right talent, thorough screening procedures of the candidate will take place keeping in mind the needs of the client. The step ensures our client gets the best candidate with a good experience.
This is the time for assuring the quality checks of the screened candidate. In this step, candidate’s resume will be reviewed by a Lead Project Manager who further ensures his/her quality. This is generally the most crucial step of all since this step decides the trustworthiness you have put in us. Simply, we see our reputation in yours!
After the candidate passes all quality checks, the Recruiter will discuss the monetary terms with the candidate. The recruiter will make sure to negotiate at his best and get the best deal accepted by both the candidate and the client.
